Do Not Drink … Gamble!
If you enjoy having a a beer every so often, keep your money at home if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your handbag, your billfold, and keep all cash, credit cards and checks at home. Only take only the money you anticipate to use on alcohol, tipping and whatever pocket change you intend to squander and keep the remainder behind.
Cynical? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You can experience a win following a inebriated evening out with your friends and be lucky enough to hit a long roll at a smokin craps table. Keep that story considering that it is as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink and wager. The pair just do not mix.
Leaving your moolah out of the casino is a little bit drastic, but precautionary measures for drastic behavior is necessary. If you gamble to succeed, then don’t drink and gamble. If you like to throw aside your assets without a worry, then consume all the no charge alcohol your stomach can handle, but do not take plastic credit and chequebooks to toss into the mix of going after losses after your hooched up brain throws away everything!
Allow me to carry this a single step further. Don’t drink and then hop on to the internet to bet in your favorite casino either. I love to drink from the coziness of my home, but because I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards near by, I can’t consume alcohol and gamble.
Why? Despite the fact that I do not consume alcohol a lot, when I consume alcohol, it is absolutely sufficient to cloud my better judgment. I bet, so I don’t drink when betting. If you are more of a drinker, do not bet at the same time. The two mix up for an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
